AI agent development
AI agents that do the work, inside your tools
We build AI agents that reply to customers, sort your inbox, draft quotes and book appointments, using the tools and data you already have. People stay in control of anything that matters, and every action is logged.

Automation vs AI agents
Workflows follow steps. Agents choose them.
“Agentic AI” is a big phrase for a simple idea: software that can decide its next step and use tools to take it, instead of only answering questions.
A workflow
Follows fixed steps.
When a form arrives, add a row, send this email, wait two days, send that one. Workflows are fast, cheap and predictable, and most of the automations we build are workflows. They work best when the steps are always the same.
An AI agent
Decides what to do next.
An agent reads the situation, picks the next step and uses tools to take it: check stock, look up a price, book a slot, draft a quote or hand the conversation to a person. Agents work best when every enquiry is a little different.
Most businesses need both. An agent handles the part that needs judgement, and a workflow handles the rest. Good AI agent development is mostly about drawing that line in the right place. For fixed-step work, see our sales, operations, support and reporting automation.
Agents we build
AI agents for the jobs that eat your day.
- 01
WhatsApp sales and support agents
Answer enquiries on WhatsApp day and night, ask the right questions, check prices or order status, and book calls. Anything unusual goes to your team with the full chat.
Works with: WhatsApp Business API, your price list, CRM, calendar
- 02
Email triage agents
Read every incoming email, work out what it is about, file it, draft a reply and flag the urgent ones. Your team starts the day with a sorted inbox instead of a full one.
Works with: Gmail or Outlook, CRM, helpdesk
- 03
Quote and proposal agents
Turn an enquiry into a draft quote or proposal using your price list, past proposals and terms. A person checks it and sends it with one click.
Works with: Price list, past proposals, Google Docs, Tally
- 04
Internal knowledge agents
Answer your team's questions from your own files: policies, product sheets, SOPs and past projects. Every answer shows where it came from.
Works with: Google Drive or SharePoint, vector search, Slack or WhatsApp
- 05
Voice agents for bookings
Pick up calls, answer common questions and book appointments into your calendar. Callers can always ask for a person.
Works with: Phone number, calendar, CRM
Signs an AI agent is the right fit:
Every case is a little different
Customers ask in their own words, about different products, with different missing details. Fixed rules keep breaking.
The work needs a lookup before a reply
Someone checks stock, a price, an order or a document before they can answer. An agent can do that lookup itself.
Volume is high but judgement is routine
Most cases follow a pattern your team could explain in a page, yet they still take hours a day to handle.
MCP servers
Use Claude or ChatGPT with your own systems.
The Model Context Protocol (MCP) is an open standard that lets AI assistants use outside tools. We build custom MCP servers: small, secure connectors that let your team ask Claude, ChatGPT or another MCP-ready assistant to work with your own data.
For example, “show me this week’s IndiaMART enquiries for steel pipes”, “which invoices in Tally are overdue?” or “add this lead to the CRM”. We connect systems such as Tally, IndiaMART, Google Sheets and your CRM, and each server only gets the access it needs.
Because the server sits between the assistant and your system, you decide exactly what it can see and do. Reading is often enough; writing can be limited to certain records or need approval.
We publish this kind of work too: Henil built Reddit Pulse, a public tool on Apify with its own MCP server, so AI assistants can use it directly.
Guardrails
Agents that know when to stop.
Human approval for risky actions
Sending a quote, giving a discount, refunding or changing a record waits for a person to approve it. You decide where that line sits.
Every run is logged
Each agent run is recorded: what came in, which tools it used, what it decided and why. You can review any conversation later.
Test sets for every client
Before go-live we build a set of real-looking test cases for your business and run the agent against them. We run them again after every change.
Fallback to a person
If the agent isn't sure, it says so and hands over. It never guesses an answer to keep a conversation going.
Only the access it needs
Each agent gets its own limited login to each tool: read-only where possible, and never more than its job requires.
How we deliver
From first call to a working agent.
- 01
Free audit
A 30-minute call. We look at where your team loses time and whether an agent or a simple workflow is the better fit.
- 02
One agent live in 2–4 weeks
We build one agent, connect it to your tools, test it on your cases and switch it on with you.
- 03
Monthly care
We watch the logs, fix what's off and improve the agent as your business changes. Then we add the next one, if you want it.
Tools
What we build with.

FAQ
Questions about AI agents.
What's the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot?
A chatbot answers questions. An AI agent can also act: it looks things up in your systems, updates records, drafts documents and books appointments. A chatbot tells a customer your opening hours; an agent checks the calendar and books the slot.
Can an AI agent make mistakes?
Yes, so we design for it. Agents only get the tools and access they need, risky actions wait for a person to approve them, every run is logged, and each agent is tested against a set of cases from your business before it goes live and after every change.
Where is our data stored?
In your own tools and accounts: your CRM, your sheets, your inbox and your WhatsApp Business account. The AI model processes messages to do its job, and we set agents up so data stays where it already lives instead of being copied somewhere new.
Do we need new software?
Usually not. We connect agents to the tools you already use. If a missing piece would help, such as the WhatsApp Business API, we explain why and help you set it up.
What does it cost?
It depends on what the agent does and which tools it connects to. There are also running costs for AI usage and messaging, paid directly to those providers. You get a fixed quote after a free 30-minute call.
Can it speak Hindi or Gujarati?
Yes. Agents can reply in English, Hindi, Gujarati and many other languages, and normally match the language the customer writes in. Voice agents can handle Hindi and English calls too.
What is an MCP server?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT use outside tools and data. An MCP server is the connector: it gives the assistant safe, limited access to one of your systems, like your CRM or accounting software.
How long does it take to build an AI agent?
Usually 2 to 4 weeks for the first agent, including connecting your tools, building a test set from your real cases and a supervised start. Simple agents can be faster.
Who looks after the agent once it's live?
We do, as part of monthly care. We review the logs, fix answers that went wrong, update the agent when your prices or processes change, and rerun the test set after every change.
Should we start with an agent or a workflow?
Start with whatever solves the problem most simply. If the steps are always the same, a workflow is cheaper and more predictable. If every case is different and needs judgement, an agent is worth it. We tell you which on the free call.
