The problem

The first useful reply usually wins the order.

  • Enquiries at night and on weekends
  • Four channels to watch
  • Buyers asking several suppliers at once
  • Quotes typed out by hand

A buyer on IndiaMART rarely contacts just one supplier. They send the same enquiry to five or six, then talk to whoever replies first with something useful: a clear answer, a rough price or a delivery date.

That is hard to do by hand. Enquiries arrive at 11pm, on Sunday afternoons and in the middle of your busiest production hours. Your sales person is on the shop floor, on a call or asleep.

They don't arrive in one place either. Some come through IndiaMART, some through TradeIndia, some from your website form and some straight to WhatsApp or email. Each one needs the same care, and each one is easy to miss.

By the time someone replies, the buyer often has three quotes already. You never hear back, and you never find out why.

Hiring another person to watch every channel around the clock is expensive, and even then the replies vary from day to day. What most suppliers need is a fast, consistent first reply, with their own team taking over once a buyer is serious.

What it does

What Enquiry Autopilot does.

One system that watches every channel and does the first, repetitive part of sales for you. Your team steps in where a decision is needed.

  • 01

    Instant reply

Every enquiry gets a helpful reply in under a minute, in English, Hindi or Gujarati, in your company's tone.

  • 02

    Qualifies the buyer

It asks for what's missing: product, quantity, delivery location and how urgent the order is.

  • 03

    Logs every lead

Each enquiry and its answers go into Google Sheets or your CRM. Nothing gets lost in an inbox.

  • 04

    Drafts the quote

It prepares a quote from your price list. You check it and approve it with one tap before it goes out.

  • 05

    Follows up

If the buyer goes quiet, polite follow-ups go out on day 1, 3 and 7, and stop as soon as they reply.

  • 06

    Daily summary

Every evening the owner gets a short WhatsApp summary: new enquiries, hot leads and quotes waiting for approval.

How it works

From enquiry to follow-up, on its own.

  1. 01

    Enquiry

From IndiaMART, TradeIndia, your website, WhatsApp or email.

  2. 02

    AI reply

A useful first reply goes out in under a minute.

  3. 03

    Qualify

Product, quantity, location and urgency are collected.

  4. 04

    Sheet or CRM

The lead and its details are saved where your team works.

  5. 05

    Quote draft

Drafted from your price list, waiting for your approval.

  6. 06

    Follow-up

Reminders on day 1, 3 and 7 until the buyer replies.

You stay in charge of what matters. The autopilot handles the first reply, the questions and the reminders. Prices, discounts and anything unusual always come to a person first.

Quotes are never sent on their own. Each one waits for your approval on WhatsApp, and you can edit it before it goes. If a buyer asks for a call, it hands over with the full conversation so nobody has to ask the same questions twice.

Integrations

Works with the tools you already use.

On a paid IndiaMART plan, new enquiries are pulled in automatically through the lead API. TradeIndia, your website form and your inbox are watched the same way, so every enquiry enters one queue.

WhatsApp replies go through the official WhatsApp Business API, so messages come from your business number and name. Leads are saved to Google Sheets, HubSpot or Zoho, and quotes can use the item names and rates you already keep in Tally.

Pilot offer

Start with a pilot.

  • Live in

    7–10 days

  • This month

    5 pilot slots

We have five pilot slots this month. In return, we ask to write up how it went as a case study, with your approval before anything is published.

In the first few days we connect your channels and load your price list. Then we write the replies with you, in the languages you use, and test them on sample enquiries until they sound right.

Once it is live, we watch every conversation with you for the rest of the pilot and adjust anything that feels off. At the end you decide whether to keep it running.

FAQ

Questions suppliers ask us.

Do I need a paid IndiaMART plan?

For fully automatic pickup, yes: IndiaMART's lead API comes with its paid seller plans. If you are on a free plan, we can usually work from the enquiry notifications IndiaMART sends by email. We check your setup on the call.

Can it reply in Hindi or Gujarati?

Yes. It replies in English, Hindi or Gujarati and normally matches the language the buyer writes in. You can also fix one language per channel.

Will replies sound like us?

Yes. We write the reply style with you, using your product names, your terms and the way you already talk to buyers. You approve sample replies before anything goes live, and you can change the wording later whenever you like.

What if a buyer asks something it doesn't know?

It doesn't guess. It tells the buyer that a team member will reply, and sends the question to you on WhatsApp with the full conversation so you can answer quickly. Your answer can then be added to its notes, so next time it knows.

Where is our data stored?

In your own accounts: your Google Sheet or CRM, your WhatsApp Business account and your email. The automation runs in accounts you own, so you can see everything and keep it if you stop working with us.

What does it cost per month?

The monthly cost depends on how many enquiries you get and which tools you connect. There are usually small running costs for WhatsApp messages and AI usage, paid directly to those providers. You get a fixed quote after a free 30-minute call.

How long does setup take?

Most pilots go live in 7 to 10 days. That covers connecting your channels, writing the replies with you, loading your price list and testing with sample enquiries.

Can we turn it off?

Yes, at any time. You can pause one channel or the whole system, and your team takes over as before. Your leads and data stay in your own tools.
