Draft — needs legal review before launch

01Who we are

Dizilus is a small AI automation studio run by a team of three. We build automations for businesses of any size.

In this policy, “we” and “us” means Dizilus. “You” means anyone who visits our website or books a free audit. [Legal entity name, address and registration number to be added.]

02What data we collect

When you book a free audit, we collect your name, email address and anything you choose to tell us about your work.

When you visit the site, we collect basic technical data such as your browser type, pages visited and an approximate location based on your IP address.

We do not collect payment details on this website.

03Why we collect it

We use your booking details to prepare and run your audit, send you the written summary and quote, and reply to your messages.

We use technical data to keep the site secure and to understand which pages are useful. Our legal basis is your request (pre-contract steps) and our legitimate interest in running the site.

04How long we keep it

Booking details are kept for up to [12 months] after our last contact, unless you become a client.

Client records are kept as long as the law requires for accounting and tax. Technical logs are deleted after [30 days].

05Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We share it only with the tools we need to run our business, such as our email and hosting providers.

Bookings are handled by Cal.com. When you pick a time, Cal.com collects your name and email on our behalf and shares them with us.

Website analytics are provided by Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics 4), only if you accept analytics cookies. Google may process data in the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

These providers process data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. Where data leaves the EU, we rely on approved safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. [List of processors to be added.]

06Your rights (GDPR)

Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct, delete or export your data. You can also object to or limit how we use it.

Email us and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

07Newsletter

If you join our newsletter, we use your email address only to send it. Your consent is the legal basis, and you can unsubscribe with one click in any email.

Your address is passed to our own automation and mailing tool to send the emails. [Mailing tool to be confirmed.]

08Cookies

When you first visit, we ask whether we may use analytics cookies. Nothing is tracked until you click Accept. If you click Reject, Google Analytics is never loaded. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

Analytics (only with your consent): Google Analytics 4 sets _ga (2 years) and _ga_<ID> (2 years) to count visits and see which pages are useful. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. Google signals and advertising features are switched off.

Strictly necessary (no consent needed): we store your cookie choice (dz-consent) and whether you closed or joined the newsletter pop-up (dz-newsletter) in your browser's local storage.

Third party: the booking calendar on our audit page is provided by Cal.com and may set its own cookies when you use it.
