Does this work with the normal WhatsApp Business app?
No. Reading messages automatically needs the WhatsApp Business API. We help you move your number across, or use a new number for enquiries.
What if the AI pulls out a wrong detail?
The original message is always saved next to the extracted fields, so anyone can check it, and fields it isn't sure about are left blank and flagged.
