Short answer

Our free automation audit is a 30-minute call with the people who actually build the automations. We look at how work moves through your business and find the one task worth automating first. Afterwards you get a short written summary and a fixed quote, with no obligation to go ahead.

Why do we offer a free audit at all?

Because the hardest part of automation isn't building it. It's picking the right thing to build.

Most business owners know they're losing time somewhere. Fewer know exactly where, or which bit would be worth automating first. Guessing wrong is expensive. You end up with a clever tool for a problem you barely had.

So we start with a conversation. It's useful for you even if you never work with us, and it's how we make sure we only quote for things we're confident will help.

What do you need to prepare?

Honestly, nothing. You pick a time that suits you and turn up.

If you want to get more out of the 30 minutes, it helps to jot down a few things beforehand.

  • The tasks your team repeats every day or week.
  • Which tools you use: email, spreadsheets, CRM, accounting software, shop, WhatsApp.
  • Anything that regularly falls through the cracks, like slow replies to leads or invoices typed twice.

What happens during the 30 minutes?

You talk to the people who build the automations, not a sales script. I'm usually on the call, and often Henil too, who'd be the one building it.

  1. A few minutes on your business: what you sell, who your customers are and how big the team is.
  2. We follow the work. Where do leads come in? How are orders and invoices handled? What do customers ask? How do you see your numbers?
  3. We point out where time is going and which tasks follow the same steps every time.
  4. Together we pick the one task worth automating first.
  5. We tell you roughly how we'd build it, using the tools you already have.

We'll also tell you when something isn't worth automating. That happens, and it's useful to hear.

What does an audit actually uncover?

That kind of shift is common. The task people walk in with isn't always the one that's costing them the most.

The task you walk in with isn't always the one that's costing you the most.

What do you get afterwards?

Two things, in writing.

  • A short summary of what we found and what we'd automate first, and why.
  • A fixed quote for building that first automation. A fixed price for a defined piece of work, not an hourly meter.

It's short on purpose. You should be able to read it in a few minutes and share it with a business partner without a meeting to explain it.

What you do with it is up to you. Some people go ahead straight away, some come back months later, and some take the summary and build it themselves. All of those are fine.

What does it cost, and what's the catch?

The audit is free. There's no obligation to go ahead, and no follow-up sequence of pushy emails if you don't.

The catch, if you want to call it that, is that we'd like to build the automation for you. But we'd only want to if it's clearly worth it for you. A project that doesn't pay off for the client isn't a good project for us either.

Who is the audit for?

Any business where people spend real time on repeated tasks: replying to leads, typing up invoices or orders, answering the same customer questions, building reports, or copying data between tools.

Size and industry matter less than you'd think. If your team does the same thing over and over, there's usually something worth looking at.

If that sounds like you, pick a time for a free 30-minute audit. Bring your messiest process. That's usually where the best first automation is hiding.

Questions people ask

Is the automation audit really free?

Yes. The 30-minute audit is free and there's no obligation to buy anything afterwards.

Who will I speak to on the call?

The people who design and build the automations, not a separate sales team.

What do I get after the audit?

A short written summary of what we found and what we'd automate first, plus a fixed quote for building it.

Do I need to be technical to book an audit?

Not at all. You just need to know how work gets done in your business. We handle the technical side.

How much will the automation cost?

It depends on the task and your tools. You get a fixed quote after the free audit, so you know the price before deciding anything.
