AI automation for e-commerce and retail businesses
AI can answer order, delivery, returns and stock questions around the clock using your live store data, keep stock levels in step between your shop till and your website, draft supplier reorders before bestsellers run out, and send a daily sales summary. Your team approves refunds and reorders and handles anything unusual.

Where the time goes
Selling online and in a shop means questions arrive from every side. Customers message about orders and returns, ring the shop to ask if something is in stock, and expect the same answer whether they ask on the website, on WhatsApp or at the till.
Behind the scenes there is a lot of copying: stock counts adjusted when something sells in store, orders forwarded to suppliers, loyalty points updated by hand, and sales numbers pulled from the till, the website and the ad accounts to see how the week went.
What we automate
5 automations for e-commerce & retail

Order, delivery and stock questions
The problem: 'Where is my order?' and 'do you have this in my size?' take up a big share of staff time, online and in the shop.
What we build: An assistant on chat, email and WhatsApp looks up the order in your store, the courier's tracking or the stock level at each location, and replies with the real answer. Damaged items, complaints and anything it cannot find go to a person.
ExampleSay a customer asks on Saturday night whether a jacket is in stock at your town-centre shop. They get the current stock and can reserve it to collect, and the shop sees the reservation in the morning.
Stock kept in step between shop and website
The problem: When the till and the online store keep separate stock counts, items sell online that have already gone in the shop, and someone has to apologise and refund.
What we build: Sales from your till and your online store update one stock figure, so each channel shows what is really available. Mismatches and items counted below zero are flagged for someone to check rather than fixed silently.
ExampleSay the last two units of a lamp sell in the shop on Friday afternoon. The product shows as sold out on your website within minutes, not after Monday's stock count.
Low-stock alerts and supplier reorders
The problem: Bestsellers run out before anyone notices, and reordering depends on someone checking stock and emailing suppliers.
What we build: Stock is checked against recent sales every day. When a product is likely to run out, a reorder is drafted in the format your supplier needs with a suggested quantity, and you approve or change it before it is sent.
ExampleSay a candle starts selling twice as fast after an Instagram post. You get a message that it will run out in about a week, with a draft purchase order ready to approve.

Returns, exchanges and loyalty follow-ups
The problem: Returns need checking against your policy, and loyal customers rarely hear from you unless someone remembers to send an offer.
What we build: Customers start a return in a chat or form, it is checked against your policy and logged, and a refund or exchange is drafted for your team to approve. Loyalty points are updated from both till and online sales, and regular customers get offers you have chosen.
ExampleSay someone swaps a jumper for a bigger size in store that they bought online. The exchange is logged against their order, their points stay correct, and they get your next new-season email.
Daily sales summary across channels
The problem: Seeing how yesterday went means opening the till reports, the online store, the payment provider and the ad accounts separately.
What we build: Each morning a short summary arrives with sales by shop and website, refunds, top products, low stock and ad spend, pulled from the tools you already use.
ExampleSay you want to know if Tuesday's email campaign brought people into the shop as well as online. Wednesday's summary shows both next to the usual daily figures.
